First off, seriously sad no one commented on my previous post about the ghost/spirit in my house, but whatever i'll find a way to get over it. Today I want to talk about being healthy and skinny. As a full-time college student juggling three jobs, being a good mommy to my kitty, having a relationship and trying to eat and work out is just not possible. I always joke (JOKE) that I want an eating disorder for Christmas. I used to be fit and work out all the time but slowly all that muscle has turned into FAT! I honestly don't know how people can fit working out and eating healthy into their every day busy life. I have a hard time making the healthy choices and sticking to plans. Anyone strugglin like me or have successful stories please share!!!!
